Each Salchidogo features 180 grams of artisanal sausage, perfectly seasoned, and nestled in a fresh, oversized yeast roll. From caramelized onions and sauerkraut to mushrooms, peppers, and poblanos, our toppings are crafted to delight. Plus, our house-made sauces like jalapeño mayo, honey mustard, and BBQ mole bring each bite to the next level.
The experience doesn't stop there. Our sides are crafted for flavor, with crispy golden fries seasoned with choices like MexiCajun spices or rosemary, and a fresh mango habanero slaw for a lighter touch. Top it all off with our Huesitos (sopapillas) drizzled in honey and cinnamon sugar, and sip on unique beverages like Jamaica with flavor shots, fruit water, or premium soft drinks.
