Traditional French recipe with hints of black truffle and shiitake mushroom.

Tuscan Pork Loin
Marinated for 24 hours in Italian spices and slow cooked. Bathed in raspberry sauce with chipotle, vegetables and mashed potatoes with roasted garlic.
