Saturday Yoga Class at Vallarta Gay+ Community Center
Vallarta Gay+ Community Center offers a space dedicated to holistic health, wellness, and relaxation every Saturday morning with its enriching Yoga Classes. From 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the center welcomes people seeking a break from their weekly routine to focus their energy on flexibility, strength, and peace of mind.
This Saturday session is designed as an inclusive and community-oriented gathering in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. The practices are adapted so that both beginners and more advanced yogis can enjoy the exercises and stretches at their own pace. It's the ideal opportunity to adopt healthy habits, release accumulated tension, and start the weekend mindfully and in good company. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
